More progress on the moto-bike

Finally finished the gas tank... sort of. I still need to seal it because of a couple pinholes.

I wish I would have prepped the used steel better. All the contamination made it a real b*tch. Good news is all the pretty welds are on the bottom where nobody will ever see them. :)

 

 The tunnel was a fun task. Challenging, but not as hard as I thought it would be.

 Also welded on the chain tensioner to the chain stay to eliminate the clamped on POS it came with.

 Tune-up at the bike shop. Guy came in saying his rear shock wasnt holding air, and he needed it the next day. He only rides the bike once a year so he doesnt care how we fix it. I made it rigid for him :)
